The new 9 kW rooftop array was funded in part by a grant from The Brian D. Robertson Memorial Solar Schools Fund, a project of The Solar Foundation.
“Solar is such a great way to engage students in STEM learning,” said Yolanda Seabrooks of the Solar Foundation. “And with solar being one of the fastest growing industries in the country, solar plants where students learn are a great tool for introducing them to an industry that they will one day not only be consumers of, but contributors to as well.”
