We have surpassed our goal of building 1/4 mW of low or no cost solar in Nevada! To do that we have had to raise considerable funds to cover the difference between the public utility rebates, and the actual cost of the installs.

If you can, make a cash donation to help fund our work in 2010! We’re happy to announce we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, so all donations to Black Rock Solar are tax deductible to the amount allowed by law. Our EIN for that deduction is 80-0204355.

Our estimates are that every dollar Black Rock Solar receives will turn into more that $7 of clean, renewable energy, a great return on your support! And we also estimate we’ll spend only 12% of donations on administration and overhead, meaning more of your donation will go where you want it to.
